Being Human

Being Human is a visual novel where players follow Jay, an African-American non-binary high school student on their way to graduation. Jay and the player will face problems like microaggressions, race, and gender.  We hope that playing Being Human, as a game for change, will teach people to be more empathetic. By following Jay, players get to experience a slice of what it may be like as a young African American non-binary youth in America.

Be sure to check out our trailer to see what you can expect from the game. You'll have all kinds of important choices and minigames thrown at you, so you'll have to use your mouse to decide Jay's fate.
